Description
- Deliver upon the goal for partnership market share (penetration) and profitability for the assigned partnership(s).
- Focus on the consistent deployment of all management routines that drive performance, including LMS usage (contacts, appointments, participation in partner's activities, agent service levels, customer service levels, conversion rates).
- Establish and maintain key relationships and business contacts within the community and with the partner's management team as well as influential real estate agents within the assigned partnership(s).
- Coach/mentor all home lending specialists to ensure they achieve their individual performance plan.
- Conducts frequent sales meetings for team.
- Meet periodically with the business partner's leadership team to review opportunities for the partnership and optimizing marketing results.
- Prioritize, manage and communicate promotional campaigns and product initiatives.
- Utilize analytical information provided and real time experience in relation to the assigned partnership(s) under management to identify opportunities for optimizing marketing efforts, improving partnership with targeted groups of real estate agents.
- Maximize the profit contribution from retail originations.
- Work in partnership with the other business segments in executing cross-sell opportunities.
- Maintain strategic focus on CRA eligible loans utilizing Community BDO in assigned area.
- Accountable for attaining origination, revenue, recruiting/attrition, compliance and profitability goals set by the National Leadership of the Channel.
- Serve as mortgage expert for all assigned partnership(s) and PHLS teams.
- Manage all possible related operations subject to volume/expense/regulatory/compliance issues by originating high quality mortgage loans for resale in secondary markets and portfolio.
- Liaison for escalated issues both from an operations and customer service standpoint.
- Identify and develop existing staff to build bench strength.
- Responsible for the hiring, retention, and management of the assigned lending specialists and relationship managers.
