Position Description:

Under the general supervision of the Nursing Director, assists with the management of patient flow and housewide nursing operations. This role provides supervisory coverage for the WFH- Franklin and Midwest Orthopedic Specialty Hospitals. The Patient Care Supervisor may also assume responsibility for direct patient care as needed to patients of all ages. Assumes delegated responsibility in maintaining standards of patient care, managing human resources, and maintaining productivity measures. Completes additional duties as assigned in the absence of the Nurse Director.

This RN Supervisor role is responsible to provide care in accordance with the American Nurses Association Standards of Practice and other standards established by profession/professional groups, regulating bodies/agents. Nursing care will be delivered in accordance with the Standards of Care and Practice.

• Participation and leading the Code Blue Team.

Qualifications:

Bachelors Degree in Nursing required. Will highly consider RN's pursuing graduate education. Current Wisconsin Nursing Licensure. BLS, ACLS, and PALS certification required. 3+ years of recent ED or ICU experience strongly desired.

This a 12 hour full-time night shift position with an every third weekend and an every other holiday rotation.
