Housing Repairs Data Analyst
My client has a very exciting opportunity for a Housing Repairs Data Analyst to work in a fast paced and fulfilling environment. This north London local authority is renowned for providing excellent quality of work and customer service to all housing residents.
Duties
As a Repairs data analyst, you would collect numerical information and present results. Usually this would be in the form of graphs and charts. It would also be in diagrams, tables and reports. It would be your job to identify trends and create models to predict what might happen in the future. Reports will provide Key Performance Data for the Council’s internal and external publications.
Essential Criteria
To do this job you are going to need to have good IT skills, including MS Office – Visio; PowerPoint; Advanced Excel and Access database knowledge. You must have strong problem-solving skills. You will also need a high level of accuracy.
Desirable Criteria
• A degree in statistics, mathematics or another subject involving working with numbers would be highly desirable.
• Repairs Maintenance knowledge/experience also desirable, but not essential.
