Senior Project Portfolio & Process Manager

We are currently recruiting for one of the world's most iconic brands with a number one global position in their market. This is a senior opportunity to work as part of the global Consumer Services Business Improvement Leadership team that takes responsibility for defining and executing the BI strategy. This role specifically takes ownership of the roadmap for how Consumer Services develops processes and IT systems to achieve its ambitious plans over a 3+ year programme.

This challenging opportunity will involve working within a number of key areas including Programme Management, Process Readiness, IT Readiness and People Development. You will own the departmental project portfolio whilst managing budgets, champion new processes engaging relevant stakeholders, create a coherent systems roadmap and take on leadership responsibility for a talented team.

As such we are looking for high calibre individuals with a proven track of managing multiple projects ideally gained within a consumer product-led environment with the leadership skills required to coach and develop a team of professionals. Experience gained within a contact centre environment is preferred as is knowledge of an accredited project management / process improvement methodology such as Six Sigma, LEAN or CI. From an IT perspective, experience of SAP, Verint and Telephony would be a distinct advantage. Whilst the role will be based in Slough, there will be a requirement for both UK and global travel.
