- The IB EMEA Programme team is responsible for the successful delivery of HR programmes across the IB global business and the EMEA region. This covers BAU / cyclical programmes as well as HR and business driven change that impacts people
- The programmes of work will be managed in a manner considerate of a global matrix organisation and within a pan-divisional regional framework. The purpose of this role is to drive the scope, design and execution of defined programme / change initiatives
- Responsible for leading a team of Consultants supporting multiple initiatives and programmes of work (e.g. business change, year end pay process HR cyclical processes, OE initiatives)
- Working closely with the business facing teams, providing focus and discipline to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget and that appropriate reporting and governance occur
- Schedule resources to designated projects within the International Banking HR team and ensure that outcomes support business success, employee and manager experience and regulatory requirements
- Engage with key stakeholders and customers on a structured and regular basis to ensure that programme design and delivery meet expectations and requirements
Essential:
- HR generalist experience including demonstrated experience of international working across Europe
- Role operating at a senior level exposure to senior stakeholders, within HR ideally has business facing context
- Matrix and multiple programme management experience, experience in delivering change; working in a matrix based structure with a large volume of business critical tasks
- Matrix management required - collaborating across geographical boundaries recognising and leveraging diversity
- Excellent conceptual/analytical skills with result orientation and strong problem solving capabilities
- Capable of managing multiple tasks and stakeholders with conflicting interests
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Excellent influencing and relationship building skills at a Senior Management / stakeholder level
- Proven management capability
- Desirable
- Experience working with UK EMEA employment legislation
- Experience ideally gained within a Financial Services environment
- Existing Markets and Group networks established
