HR Administrator / Customer Service Administrator

Position: Customer Service Administrator (HR)
Location: Saltaire, Yorkshire
Salary: £14,000 - £17,000 per annum

ROLE:
Our client is currently looking to take on a HR Administrator / Customer Service Administrator to join their administration team. They are looking for individuals dedicated to providing excellent customer service as client satisfaction is paramount to them.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
a) Delivering comprehensive, efficient and responsive customer service.
b) Responding to queries from employees within set timeframes.
c) Liaising with the client to ensure all enquiries are dealt with within agreed timescales.
d) Carrying out a full range of HR Administration Tasks including HR Database management, creation and distribution of offer letters and contracts, conducting background checks, processing promotions, secondments and transfers etc.
e) Liaison with Payroll Training functions to deliver a complete HR Administration service.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS / EXPERIENCE:
a) Previous experience delivering excellent customer service.
b) Excellent attention to detail.
c) Able to prioritise and thrive in a fast paced environment.
d) Confident communicating in a variety of mediums, especially over the telephone.
e) The ability to balance own workload while dealing with ad-hoc tasks.
f) Excellent IT skills with accurate database management.

DESIRABLE SKILLS / EXPERIENCE:
a) It would be desirable but not essential to have experience working in a HR Administrator role or within a similar Service Centre environment.
b) Experience working in a process driven environment would be a bonus.
