HR Administrator (PT Contract) recruitment

This is a 8 month contract / 20 hours per week (we can be relatively flexible on when those hours are worked to suit the candidate)

General

• Responsible for the administration of all HR Operations processes and data integrity of the HRIS Systems (UK Canadian).

• Working to all department and company driven processes within SLA.

• Responsible for responding daily to HR / Employee requests in the London HR mailbox

Duties include

• Responding to employee queries via the central HR mailbox relating to file retrieval, employment/mortgage references, HR website queries and escalating as appropriate

• Processing on the HRIS system and issuing any letters as appropriate.

• Supporting elements of the administration requirements for the Onboarding / Global Mobility processes

• Data auditing and integrity tasks in appropriate HR systems

• Data retrieval and upload requests (eg: job mandates, CVs, appraisals)

• Covering for others absence within the HR Operations team

EDUCATION /OR EXPERIENCE

• PC Literate to a high standard

• Ability to relate to and interpret HR and Business processes

• Excellent communication skills.

• Ability to meet tight deadlines.

• Analytical thinking / Problem solving.

• Able to work with the detail, while thinking about the bigger picture.

• Able to work diligently and without constant supervision.

• Teamwork.

• Good sound knowledge of HR and Payroll systems

Would be beneficial

• Working knowledge of ADP Freedom

• HRIS SAP experience
