HR Advisor : 4mths contract recruitment

THE ROLE INVOLVES:

- Provide HR advisory services to Ops client groups on all HR related processes and issues including employee relations, employee development, employee retention, performance management, promotions and compensation.
- Support, coach and advise managers in the resolution of critical HR issues - disciplinary, performance management, employee grievances/complaints.
- Anticipate critical HR related problems and issues and apply expert knowledge of HR programmes, policies and practices to resolution.
- Partner where appropriate with HR Subject Matter Experts and HR/SDC to deliver compensation, benefits, diversity, learning, employee development, immigration/visa issues, international assignment management and mobility.
- Ensure full compliance of processes with CS policies and regulatory requirements.

TO QUALIFY, YOU MUST POSSESS:

- Strong relationship building, influence and consultation skills coupled with a delivery focus. Ability to establish and maintain positive work relationships with peers, management, key stakeholders and clients while ensuring HR delivery targets are met within timeline.
- Displays willingness to understand, bring together and bridge diverse points of view with a practical perspective. Values different perspectives, creating an inclusive environment.
- Creative insight and delivery of practical HR solutions to meet business challenges and knowledge and experience of HR best practices in employee relations, performance management, recruitment, compensation and policy/procedure interpretation.
- Strong analytical and persuasion skills with a comfort and flexibility level to work with all levels the organization including senior management.
