HR Advisor recruitment
Located in Hong Kong, our client is an established leader among international professional services firms, looking for an experienced generalist to join their team.

Reporting to the HR Director, you will play a critical role as an advisor for professional and support staff in Hong Kong and Greater China. As a full generalist, you will be involved in staffing and recruitment, compensation benefits, performance management, learning development and ad hoc projects.
We are ideally looking for someone with a strong generalist background who has worked in a similar capacity. Prior Hong Kong work experience and labour law knowledge is valuable. We are also looking for an individual who has the depth of HR experience in order to better serve the business, but at the same time, willing to roll up their sleeves in order to do the operational aspects of the role. Fluency in English is essential, with Cantonese being advantageous. In addition, we are also looking for:
• Strong client advisory experience
• A minimum of 5 years relevant experience in a generalist capacity at reputable financial institutions, MNC’s or leading professional services firms
• Excellent at prioritizing and working under tight schedules
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
