24 months – Half-time contract

The Human Resources department provides general support to all our 700 employees in Luxembourg on various HR related topics such as Administration, Recruitment, Education and others. In addition to this HR provides strategic advising service to Line Managers such as Talent Development, Head-count forecasting and so on.
In the position as HR Specialist in the Advisory team your main responsibilities are:
- Provide professional and efficient administrative and operational support for different HR relevant services
- Review and analyse HR services, tools and processes in order to continuously standardize and simplify the services
- Execution as well as supervision of payroll processes and benefits package administration
- Ongoing implementation of (new) Luxembourgish regulations within UBS processes
- Ensuring SOX compliance within HR
- Vendor management
- Providing advisory service for all questions to management and employees
You are highly committed and ideally possess the following skills:
- Bachelor's degree
