Job Summary
This position provides administrative and project support for the Human Resource and Recruiting Departments.
Essential Functions
- Post and maintain job openings in Applicant Tracking System and external sites
- Process recruiting credit card expenses, invoices, referral and sign-on bonuses and candidate reimbursements
- Audit HR and Recruiting records for compliance
- Process new hire paperwork
- Assist with event planning
- Assist with updating job descriptions and intranet site
- Filing
- Greet candidates
- Assist with travel arrangements for candidates
- Back-up receptionist
- Perform other duties and projects as assigned
Education and Experience
- Education: BS/BA desired; with 6 months to 1 year HR related experience
- Experience with Jobvite is a plus
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to use Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel and Outlook)
- Excellent coordination skills and ability to multi-task and follow-through on assignments
- Detail oriented and ability to prioritize work is a must
- Ability to maintain confidential employee information is critical
