SUMMARY


Manage the ongoing analysis, evaluation, reporting and recommendations for all channel and brand marketing programs. Provide insightful input to help marketing team members improve their programs and promotions. Take a lead role in customer segmentation profiling and persona building.  Liaison with parent company in Japan to ensure all required reporting is current, accurate and provided as required.  Directly manage specific programs including the company’s loyalty program and marketing calendars.

 

·        Evaluate channel specific marketing campaigns for customer retention and acquisition

·        Track and monitor marketing and sales data for specific marketing channels and analyze marketing metrics including Return on Investment (ROI) Analysis        

·        Prepare reports of findings by illustrating data graphically and present information through excel/dashboard metric reporting and powerpoint presentations.

·        Partner with IT/Database Management  to design advanced vertical related strategies for customer segmentation, targeting and positioning

·        Measure effectiveness of specific marketing, advertising and communication strategies

·        Research and provide information to determine  the effectiveness of current and proposed marketing campaigns        

·        Maintain Key Performing Indicators (KPI) Scorecards reports for daily, monthly and quarterly reviews

·        Conduct competitive analysis and market analysis on a quarterly basis or as required.      

·        Undertake as required channel oriented testing and present actionable recommendations

·        Establish and Implement 3rd party and internal programs  to obtain customer data on customer psychographics demographics

·        Manage marketing specific programs including brand, search, affiliate display as required

·        Manage the daily activities of our super points program and marketing calendars

·        Work closely with CMO to produce presentations to thoughtfully review progress and request support.
