To support the operation of the business with an effective and professional HR service we are looking for an HR Assistant (0.8 – 1 FTE) who operates within the Human Resources Department. The HR Assistant reports to the HR Manager and is responsible for defined administrative and operational HR tasks and provides excellent service for our employees.
Responsibilities:
· Day to day HR Administration, i.e. insuring accuracy of the HR System (HR Manager) and employee files, continuously looking to improve processes and approaches.
· Recruitment activities ranging from preparing vacancies and the coordination of the interviews.
· On- and off boarding of employees ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
· Play an active role in the payroll process.
· Assisting in other day to day HR matters including sick leave management.
· Actively participating in HR projects related to process improvements of various systems and processes to maximize effectiveness of HR data and administration.
Skills:
· HBO/Bachelor level in Human Resources
· At least 3 years experience as an HR Assistant / Coordinator
· Experienced with MS Office
· Experience in an international environment
· Fluent in both Dutch English
· In depth knowledge of Dutch labor law
· You are accurate, proactive and flexible
· You have excellent communication skills and you are a good listener
