HR Business Analyst recruitment

Infrastructure  Change (IC) manages and delivers the group-wide strategic HR change agenda, including delivery of the strategic planning process for HR. The team is also responsible for the delivery of global HR technology solutions. We are currently recruiting for a Business Analyst to join their team in Edinburgh, Gogarburn.

You will be joining a busy team of Analysts who are currently supporting a large scale HR Change Programme.  As an HR Business Analyst you will act as a key link between IC and the business and will ultimately be responsible for the delivery of complete and accurate business requirements with a full analysis lifecycle, specifically focusing on HR Policy.  As such your strong analysis skills coupled with exceptional attention to detail will be essential in understanding HR Policy and the impact on our systems. This is an exceptional opportunity to help HR remap their future and be part of a high profile programme within the Group.

With a proven business analysis background, you will have gained demonstrable experience within an HR environment. It would be highly preferable for this experience to have been gained within an HR Policy remit but consideration will be given to Business Analysts with wider HR experience. A self starter, you will also be used to working in a broader team of Systems Analysts, Team Leads and Business Analysts and will have developed strong client facing skills.
