Our client is a prestigious investment bank and a major player in global financial markets. An exciting opportunity has arisen for an outstanding HR Business Partner to support the continuous growth of the business in the AsiaPac region.
Role Responsibilities:
You will have a key responsibility for delivering effective HR solutions that contribute to the growth and business needs of a key client group. You will build credibility within the management team through partnering closely as a true consultant in all HR areas including recruitment, employee relations, compensation benefits and training development.
The Successful Candidate:
- Degree qualified, you will have at least 8 years HR generalist experience within a Financial Services organisation.
- You will have excellent client servicing and communication skills with the ability to deal with all levels of staff.
- An independent and dynamic individual, you will be able to work in a complex and matrixed environment.
- Passionate about HR you will be able to deliver and exceed expectations of key clients and stakeholders.
- Fluency in English is essential while Chinese (Cantonese or Mandarin) will be an advantage.
