HR Business Partner – Director – APAC recruitment
Our cutting edge Technology client is seeking a top flight HRBP to partner with the APAC Sr. VP of sales and other top leadership across APAC driving all aspects of Human Resources. This broad role also leads the APAC team of HR professionals participating in the roll-out of company-wide programs and initiatives. This key appointment will advise the executive management in the development of solutions through organizational diagnostics and analytics, organizational development and cultural and process-oriented perspectives.
Key responsibilities:
- Leads and supports in developing and delivering HR strategies and programs to clients.
- Participates as a business partner with leadership and management teams.
- Matrix manages all functional groups (e.g., Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, and Training).
- Leverages experience and expertise to provide coaching and guidance to HR Generalists on complex employee relations issues.
- Translates business strategies and issues into appropriate HR and Organizational Excellence actions.
- Coaches key business leaders on leading and managing their organizations effectively.
- Diagnoses organizational effectiveness issues and implements solutions.
- May serve as program/project lead for initiatives across the functional groups.
- Assists in organization design, team development, and building culture which inspires and motivates employees.
- Brings an objective HR perspective in managing business problems. Provides insight regarding people, organizational dynamics and business and translates this insight into sustainable solutions.
- Monitors business analytics and identifies trends and issues. Develops retention strategies to address issues.
- Assists on effective executive on-boarding.
- Ensures executives have the right HR information to make business decisions. Ensures executives understand and use HR technology.
- Ensures multi-location continuity in terms of philosophy, company culture, and practices which fosters uniform direction and thinking.
