Due to company expansion, one of my clients – a leading global Bank, and a leader in their field is now recruiting for a high calibre HR Business Partner to support their Risk division. You will have the opportunity to help implement a number of exciting new change processes and initiatives in a rapidly developing HR department. As part of this job your responsibilities will include:

Providing trusted and expert advice on a range of HR issues including reward, employee relations, talent performance, organisation development / change and learning and development
Coaching and supporting the business on employee engagement and motivation
Contributing to delivery of the company’s talent plan
HR transformation
Effective change management and support in the delivery of HR actions and plans
Supporting internal and external resourcing to attract and retain talent

For this role we are seeking someone with HR Business Partnering and Change Management experience gained within Financial Services. You will posses strong academic credentials and be degree educated. Excellent communication and relationship management skills are a must.
