HR Business Partner APAC
Reporting to the VP Human Resources APAC, this position provides consultative human resource expertise for regional company operations across a broad spectrum of HR practices spanning the Asia Pacific region.
Due to growth of the business across APAC this position forms part of the regional leadership team reporting line to the regional VP of Human Resources. This role is based in the Singapore hub however will require frequent travel within the APAC region
This position is key in driving regional growth through the implementation innovative and forward thinking best practices across the full spectrum of HR activities, aligning them with the wider strategic goals of the company.
Among key responsibilities include the coordination and oversight of all regional recruitment processes from junior to executive level and the alignment of global strategies according to the intricate nature of more local market characteristics.
This position provides senior business leaders across the company with a strong business partner internally, with who they can work in close conjunction to improve and develop human capital within the wider company.
This is a position for an experienced generalist with significant experience in commercial or industrial environments who is looking to collaborate with senior managers across internal business functions and looking to embrace a true business partnering challenge.
