HR Business Partner
Location: London base, national remit
Support Services / Facilities Management sector
Salary: c £55,000 plus benefits
As our client enters the next exciting stage of growth they are looking to recruit an experienced HR Business Partner who will be responsible for providing HR support to the business nationally.
This position will appeal to a strong HR generalist who thrives working in a fast paced, demanding environment. The remit will include resourcing, performance management, employee relations, TUPE, change and staff development.
To be considered for this position you will
• Have a breadth and depth of knowledge of current employment and TUPE legislation
• Be IT literate, with good Word and Excel skills, and an aptitude to quickly learn and understand new systems
• Have exceptional customer focus, and the ability to be assertive and influence managers and employees at all levels
• Be numerate with high accuracy and attention to detail
• Be prepared to handle diverse tasks of varying complexity whilst maintaining a positive attitude towards more routine tasks
• Enjoy being part of a team, sharing knowledge, developing others, and working in a cooperative and collaborative style
• Experience of working in Support Services / Facilities Management sector would be a strong advantage, although not essential
