HR Business Partner Job in Osborne 5017

Reporting to the General Manager of HR, this is a fantastic and rare opportunity for an experienced HR generalist to gain HR Business Partner development exposure in a growing organisation. The role of HR Business Partner, which integrates with a number of business units across our programs, provides strategic advice, planning and support across all areas relating to people and culture.

It will be the role of the Business Partner to maintain an overall understanding of the environment in which ASC operates in order to deliver strategic advice and practical solutions to problems, identify opportunities and ensure ASC has workforce aligned with the current and future state. Key deliverables for this role will be across areas such as talent management and succession, workforce planning, change management, retention practices, organisation design and performance management.

To be successful in this role, you must have a degree level qualification in Human Resources or equivalent along with significant experience of operating in a senior HR advisory capacity, delivering high level advice and solutions. As such, you will be a confident and assertive operator, able to work collaboratively with senior managers and executives and have excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient presentation, negotiation, coaching, mentoring and consulting skills are absolutely essential requisites for success in this role.

Eligibility for an Australian Defence Security Clearance and to access protected US Defence Technology will be taken into account in assessing an applicant's suitability for this role.
