A prestigious investment bank and a major player in global financial markets. An exciting opportunity has arisen for an outstanding HR Business Partner to support the continuous growth of the business in the AsiaPac region.
Responsibilities:
You will have a key responsibility for delivering effective HR solutions that contribute to the growth and business needs for a key client group. You will build credibility within the management team through partnering closely as a true consultant in all HR areas including recruitment, employee relations, compensation benefits and training development.
The Successful Candidate:
- Degree qualified, you will have at least 8 years HR generalist experience within a Financial Services organisation.
- You will have excellent client servicing and communication skills with the ability to deal with all levels of staff.
- An independent and dynamic individual, you will be able to work in a complex and matrixed environment.
- Passionate about HR you will be able to deliver and exceed expectations of key clients and stakeholders.
- Fluency in English is essential while Chinese (Cantonese or Mandarin) will be an advantage.
