This is a Maine Medical Center position based at Maine Mental Health Partners Position Summary Human Resources professional with solid generalist skills offering particular strengths in employee relations, staffing, management practices, policy and procedure development, organizational development, compensation and compliance. Strong leadership and team building skills with the ability to gain alliance with management and employees at all levels throughout the organziation. SUpports the local senior management team with flawless administration of HR programs and seasoned counsel on employment issues that affect local operations. This position report to the Human Resources VP/Director. Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities 1.Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in related field required. Master's or advanced degree preferred. 2.Labor relations experience a plus. 3.Must possess excellent accuracy in work and fine attention to detail, with superior written and verbal skills. 4.Change management expertise with proved experience in implementing human resources best practices within high tech environment. 5.Must possess a demonstrated knowledge of employment law, legal compliace, staffing, training, salary administration and general business principles. 6.Must ossess excellent presenation, interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills. 7.Demonstrated leadership ability. 8.PC proficiency in Microsoft Office Software is required.
