HR Change Manager
Purpose of role
The role holder will manage the execution of a portfolio of project activities, process improvement, process management, and any general change activity related to both project and operational activities.
The role holder role will perform a change and project-based role, identifying issues and resolving problems in a timely fashion following established guidelines. In it’s nature it is a ‘consultant’ type of role in as much as the analytical / project work will include whatever tasks are required to deliver the HR or business benefits. As a key member of the HR team, there is a requirement to support the HR Management team on any projects, analysis or initiatives as requested.
