HR Change Manager – Regional Payroll Programme recruitment

This is a 1 year fixed term contract with opportunity to become permanent down the line as this programme develops

Reporting directly to the APAC Head of Change Management, in this role you will work closely with the HR functions, Business Partners/Managers and the Global Change and Transformation teams. 

A primary focus for the change agenda in 2012 will be payroll system upgrades and benefits administration system implementation.

For your application to be successful – you will need demonstrable experience in;

-Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.

-Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents.

-Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.

-Draft and submit budget proposals, and recommend subsequent budget changes where necessary.

-Where required, negotiate with other department managers for the acquisition of required personnel from within the company.

-Determine and assess the need for additional staff and/or consultants and make the appropriate recruitments if necessary during project cycle.

-Set and continually manage project expectations with team members and other stakeholders.

-Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel.

-Determine the frequency and content of status reports from the project team, analyze results, and troubleshoot problem areas.

-Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans.

You are/have…

-A university degree or equivalent

-Direct work experience in a project management capacity, including all aspects of process development and execution.

-Strong familiarity with project management software

-Familiarity with SDLC and IT project management

-Familiarity with payroll system implementations is desirable

-Can conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

-Persuasive, encouraging, and motivating.

-Ability to bring project to successful completion.
