Position Summary:
Maximizes company results by leading and delivering key HR processes and programs including: People Strategy, Workforce planning, Succession planning, engagement survey analysis and action planning, focal compensation planning, employee and leadership development. Drives functional and organization-wide HR programs and initiatives. Is a Strategic Business Partner participating in the functional leadership team or teams.
- Accountable for the results of all HR activities within the client group(s). Serve as the primary HR point of contact for all people related activities within relevant function.
- Increase organizational effectiveness within client group(s)
- Lead the development and execution of the functional people strategy that responds to the specific client needs as well as enables the Corporate People Strategy
- Ensure successful integration and execution of Corporate HR processes into client group
- Lead and manage major change initiatives within functional client group such as redesign of organization, restructure, outsourcing, MA, etc.
- Be tuned-in with employees' morale and act as a pulse check for the client group and make strategic recommendations accordingly
- Personal coaching for Senior Leaders regarding sensitive topics and managing high profile ER cases
- Participate in major company wide HR initiatives and/or process work
- Lead and provide strategic direction to the HR team assigned to the client, such as the Comp, Talent Acquisition and ER resources
- Engage in people development such as increasing business acumen, coaching, and managing others who are not direct reports

Required Qualifications:
- 10 to 12 years or more of HR related experience
- 5 to 7 years of generalist HR experience
- BS degree - ideally MBA or Master degree or equivalent
