HR Consultant – Professional Services (Ref. no:HRC-PS/AP011211) recruitment
Our client is a global professional services firm which specialises in organisational psychology consulting. Due to recent expansion they are looking for an HR Consultant to be based in HK to provide expert advice and guidance on a range of products and services to meet clients’ strategic growth needs.
This is a key role within the organisation responsible for building and developing relationships with key stakeholders and clients to offer strategic solutions. As a Senior Consultant, you will be required to work closely with clients to identify issues and concerns and offer solutions from a range of products and services. You will consult on areas covering competency design, performance and capability building, job analysis, talent management and customized training etc. You will have a key role in the development and implementation of products including customization of services to a diverse client group across a number of sectors.
The successful candidate will have a solid HR background and have already worked in a Consulting environment managing multiple projects or in an in-house HR function and possess excellent client facing and relationship building skills. You will be ideally qualified in HRM, Psychology or a related discipline to a Masters level. The successful candidate will also need to display strong business acumen and leadership skills.
