The Role
You will handle full spectrum of HR administrative functions including but not limited to employment contracts, relocation, on boarding process, terminations, etc. Co-ordinate the monthly payroll and benefits administration as well as provide advice and guidance to leaders and employees on program, policy, process-related enquiries. As part of the HR generalist team, you will deliver end-to-end recruitment services from understanding internal client's requirement, to sourcing, screening and interviewing candidates in partnership with the Hiring Managers. You will also be involve in regional HR initiatives and projects as assigned.

Your Profile
Degree holder from recognized university with 5 - 8 years of experience in human resource management, preferably in the Banking Financial Services industry. You are strong in verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills. You are able to multi task and operate in a dynamic and changing environment and is able to work well under pressure.
