HR Contact Line Specialist recruitment

The opportunity:

- Responsible for managing workforce capacity for HR Contact Line UK which forms part of the   global teams service delivery

- Act as first point of contact in all operational HR matters

- Resolve client requests that fall within guidelines/policies via telephone or e-mail

- Provide first-level support in the area of HR tools and processes

- Closely cooperate with HR Generalists, HR Administrators, HR Business Partners and other HR units, based on clearly defined processes responsibilities

- Monitor timely and adequate resolution of all placed requests

- Drive for highest customer satisfaction within given framework and constantly improve internal processes and procedures to increase customer orientation

- Identify information needs of clients and feed to responsible units

- Ensure alignment with global HR Contact Line team

- Closely collaborate with Head Contact Line across all related topics

Main Tasks:

  Advise the UK HR Contact Line team member on a day to day basis

- Ensure proper resource planning to ensure optimal work balance

- Continuously optimize the efficiency of the 1st level of the Service Delivery Model in cooperation with

The Head HR Contact Line

- Drive standardization of services and drive for highest customer satisfaction within given framework

- Ensure permanent know-how build up for UK HR Contact Line responsibles on process changes and new HR developments

- Give input to enhance HR Web for customers and identify information gaps in internal and external documentation

- Act as first point of contact in all operational HR matters, HR tools and processes

- Resolve client requests that fall within guidelines/policies via telephone, e-mail or Self Service

- Refer requests that fall outside of the areas of policies, guidelines, processes or tools and/or that need more time or specific expertise for resolution to responsible internal HR functions

- Closely cooperate with 2nd level HR teams and respective Centers of Expertise as well as HR external parties (such as IT and Logistics) to ensure timely and adequate resolution of placed

requests

- Monitor timely and adequate resolution of all placed requests

- Properly document resolution of all requests managed in SAP Service Desk

Experience we are looking for:

Bachelor of Business Administration or commercial education with further education in the field of

Human Resources

Several years of work experience in HR (experience in an international environment would be an asset)

Broad, general and up-to-date know-how on HR processes and practices as well as on UK employment law

Strong interpersonal skills, empathy and proven communication skills

Service and client orientation

Ability to judge, to organise, to prioritize and to tackle issues pro-actively
