HR Developmental Program( Job Number: O-2010 HRD) Description The Domino's Pizza PeopleFirst (HR) department recognizes the need to develop well-rounded Human Resources professionals in order to meet the demands of the business and support our customer base effectively. To prepare and develop future leaders in PeopleFirst, a development Program, known as the "PeopleFirst Rotational Program" has been established. The purpose of the Program is to: Recruit and select early-career, high-potential PeopleFirst team members Provide specific assignments in various functions of PeopleFirst to build the participants experience and knowledge-base as a generalist in Human Resources Ensure workplace readiness, cross-functional Human Resources knowledge and training to team members, who will provide immediate value to the company Prepare team members for future leadership positions within PeopleFirst During the program, the candidate will be fully integrated into PeopleFirst positions in a series of rotational assignments. The assignments will include both required rotations that all participants will complete, along with optional assignments that may be included in their development. Required Assignment (Approximately 12-18 months) Associate-Shared Services: PeopleFirst Service Center Associate-PeopleFirst Marketplace (requires relocation) Optional Assignments(Approximately 12-18 months each) Associate-Compensation Associate-Talent Acquisition (office) Associate-Talent Acquisition (franchise) Associate-Employee Relations/Organizational Development Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, business, psychology, organizational design, or related field with an emphasis in Human Resources A minimum 3.0 on a 4.0 scale cumulative GPA Committed to relocation for rotational assignments and willing to relocate for future career opportunities (must sign relocation commitment form) Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills Outstanding attention to detail High level of maturity and openness to constructive feedback Ability to build and maintain strong relationships
