First Atlantic, a credit union based in Monmouth and Ocean counties has an immediate opening for an Internet Branch Manager. 

The primary responsibility for this position is to drive sales of credit union services via the E-Branch channel.  Individual will own the sales, product management and marketing of all components and applications for the E-Branch channel including website, home banking, bill payment services, and audio response.  Individual is responsible for developing, cultivating and maintaining the E-Branch channel, providing members with the ability to conduct all banking transactions via the web and the ability to access all products and services via the web. Duties include:

all credit union products and services. 

  • Preparing and implementing marketing plans to promote Internet banking/e-services and responsible for electronic communications to existing members. 
  • Developing and designing promotions to drive search engine hits and subsequently, online sales.  
  • Generating incremental online member loan applications in support of the overall organizational loan goal.  
  • Obtaining all assigned online sales goals functioning as profit center manager for E-branch distribution.
  • Developing, deploying, tracking, and analyzing online programs such as e-mail marketing, Web ads, user/discussion groups, and co-linking arrangements. 
  • Directly responsible for all Web content.  Owns the content management system and enables functions as lead content manager.
  • Works independently and with IT to develop and analyze web traffic and provide performance and trend data.
  • Developing Online Banking product roadmap and manage implementation of new services.  Monitoring and analyzing competitive e-offers and services.  Increasing usage of Online Banking services.
  • Managing Web and Online banking service provider.
  • Managing the service mailbox ensuring all member correspondence is responded to in a timely manner with 100% member satisfaction.  Monitoring member requests/complaints for systemic issues.
  • Managing and monitoring the automated telephone banking channel analyzing call volumes and trend data.  

     

    Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year College or university, 3 to 5 years marketing experience, and two years of online marketing and Website management experience; an equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.  Online market planning and program implementation and knowledge of online media planning and buying is a must.  Competence in product management and offer development is required as are very strong written and project management skills.  Ability to manage vendors.  Webmaster experience is a plus.
