HR-Fachfrau/ HR-Fachmann (1 year contract beginning December) recruitment

You will join a team responsible for providing professional administrative and operational services to the HR and Switzerland employees. You will be responsible for entry and exit matters, coordinating between employees and housing agencies, completing entry and exit documents, writing end of employment letters in German, setting up rental guarantees etc.

Furthermore you will provide support in maintaining yearly employee performance/ appraisals, managing probation period process as well as putting in all employee changes into system (transfers, promotion etc.) You will also work closely with the HR Generalists and gain basic knowledge of their tasks as well as various HR issues.

Our client is looking for a candidate with approximately 3-6 years experience in HR administration, preferably within banking, excellent organisational and administrational skills as well as fluency in German and English. Furthermore you must have the HR Fachfrau/mann qualification.
