HR Generalist - Organizational Development Training (1362)
Location: Shelbyville, TN 37162
Description
Create on-boarding tools and documented plans for on boarding working with the various functions. Create new hire orientation sessions. Create follow up and measurement method of the above. Measure success of process and make recommendations for improvements. Create and teach CKU courses. Assist with items such as Performance Management, Succession Management, Development Plans, 360 surveys, validation projects, etc. Complete projects related to HR / OD/T as needed to support HR team.

Required Skills
- Have a Bachelor's Degree in related discipline with preferably 1+ years experience in related field.
- Experience with performance management systems preferred.
- Experience and/or ability to create learning modules and facilitate learning sessions for various levels.
- Proven experience working cross functionally on projects.
- Have experience working with integrated computer programs and/or applications.
- Have strong communication and organizational skills, and the ability to coordinate multiple projects and programs.
- Be able to pass all background checks and pre-employment tests, including any required drug test.
- Be able to maintain the confidentiality of any information s/he encounters.
- Creative ability to improve processes and create the 'new and different'.

Intermediate to advanced experience (beyond basic data entry) working with computer applications such as Word, Excel, Lotus Notes, PowerPoint, and other presentation applications and/or software. Strong Powerpoint skills desired.
DDI Certification is strongly desired.
