We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join the Employee Relations and Workplace Culture team here at Boeing. This role interacts with the broader HR team.
Key Responsibilities:
This role requires strong experience in the following:
- Performance management, dispute resolution, coaching of line managers.
- Developing and implementing integrated HR initiatives and solutions to support and advance organisational objectives.
- Effective provision of HR and ER services and advice to all levels of management groups and business stakeholders.
- Leading and resolving EEO workplace investigations.
- Resolving IR/ER issues at a localised level and contributing to site level in accordance with the relevant policies and procedures and legislative requirements.
- Developing and implementing Organisational Development Learning solutions and processes.
Key Requirements:
- Demonstrated capacity to understand and develop stakeholder relationships in a complex organization.
- Broader understanding of the context of a business environment and particularly manufacturing.
This is an exciting role that will make a major contribution to the ER/IR Workplace Culture team as well as the broader HR team. It is a "hands on" role, requiring a person with both initiative and a pragmatic approach. Classification Level: This is a non award job grade 5 position and remuneration will be commensurate with skills and experience. The successful candidate will be required to complete a 3-month probationary period.
