Your responsibilities will include the following:
You could work on preparing documents relating to international capital markets transactions for our Corporate and Investment Banking division; or you may focus on documentation to support our Global Transaction Banking business which provides commercial banking products and services for corporate clients and financial institutions, including cash management and trade finance services; or you could support our Private Business Clients division in Germany with a focus on loans to private individuals and small businesses, e.g. by preparing loan and security documentation or settlement agreements. There is also an opportunity to support our Private Wealth Management and Asset Management divisions globally.
Your qualifications:
With a German Law Degree as a Volljurist, a Diplom-Jurist, a Diplom-Wirtschaftsjurist (FH) or with a first state exam (Erstes juristisches Staatsexamen), a completed Legal Practice Course (LPC) or a comparable foreign degree you could be the right person for these positions. Previous experience (in particular in capital markets or banking law) will be an advantage but is not a prerequisite. Due to the international nature of our business excellent English language skills are mandatory. Additional language skills would be an advantage.
