HR Generalist Job in Minneapolis 55416, Minnesota Us

RCRI, a provider of integrated services to the medical device and biosciences industries, is seeking a part time Human Resources (HR) Generalist (24-30 hours per week).

 

The purpose of this position is to provide overall resource availability for corporate and employee benefits, employment law (via legal support and other resources), performance reviews, designing and writing company’s HR policies and procedures. The position will also provide guidance and assistance for employee related matters and support strategic recruitment and staffing needs.

 

Qualified candidates will have a Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Human Resources or equivalent and a minimum of five years HR work experience in the healthcare consulting, medical technology, or other healthcare related industry.  Knowledge of and experience working with interpretation of Federal and State Laws related to the HR function, understanding of benefits and compensation administration, and proven success in managing insurance brokers and other vendor agreements and relationships required.  Experience required in supporting talent development at the manager and more senior levels and managing talent recruitment efforts.
