HR Generalist (With recruitment experience) recruitment

The Role

• This role requires 3-4 years of experience in a consulting background, with preferably experience in a recruitment firm or in-house recruitment.

• This role requires searching for roles which are required by the internal HR experts. This role also requires experience in sourcing within sub-sectors and specific roles.

• Screening and sourcing for candidates will be the most conducive part of the process with this task, including keeping up the team synergy.

• The incumbent is to liaise directly with the HR division as well as the management within the division.

Pre-requisites in Attitude

• You must or should have the talent for this role, and an eye for spotting suitable candidates, and of course, being in the people-business.

• You will be expected to pitch in ideas and have a critical eye for improving situations in a non-traditional approach. To sum it up, you must use different methods and theories for approaching the way you do business within your team.
