HR Information and Compensation Analyst
- Responsible for HRIS administration – monthly and ad hoc reporting, development planning, training, data collection analysis, maintaining data integrity in various systems especially Oracle.
- Develop and maintain weekly/monthly/semi-monthly reports and ad-hoc reporting requests; working closely with HR team
- Administration of Europe/Asia compensation programs, with peak time during the annual compensation review process for back office/technology staff
- Assist in the administration of equity-based and other compensation programs
- Restricted stock/equity administration and communication – including the granting and approvals process of equity awards, data integrity, vesting schedules, exercise of options, and employee communications
- Perform frequent reconciliation exercises and reporting of outstanding equity
- Respond to audit requests, ensure SOX compliance
- Work collaboratively and proactively with the Global HR and Global Compensation teams effectively and communicate comfortably
- Previous relevant work experience - financial services firm preferable
- Strong analytical skills required
- Self Starter-must be able to work on his/her own with little direction
- Able to understand concepts quickly and apply them
- Strong Communication skills and ability to deal effectively with employees on potentially complex issues.
- Advanced level of Excel and HRIS database experience (Oracle preferred) - must have extensive knowledge in Excel spreadsheets/data manipulation and reporting.
The qualified candidate must be able to work effectively and independently in a fast paced, entrepreneurial organization. He/she will be expected to resolve day-to-day issues in a time sensitive manner.
He or she must be able to multi-task and effortlessly work on various projects at the same time during peak season, and be able to identify important projects during low season. Candidate must have excellent oral as well as listening skills and be able to anticipate client needs. He or she will be expected to work long hours from October through April.
