We are currently looking for a HR-IT Manager for Region Europe (EU) Region International Operations (IO) who should ideally start as soon as possible. The HR-IT Manager will be located in Zurich, Switzerland, and report to the Director HR Operations.
Key responsibilities include
- Regarding HR-IT, metrics data analysis you are to understand, collate, interrogate and apply tools and resources necessary to organize data
- Provide regional leadership guidance independently and with minimal supervision to Regions EU IO HR Community (incl. some hands-on support); guide others in the presentation of data, as it relates to telling a story and making it visual
- Drive the HR improvements via creating standards and formalizing report guidelines
- Provide the technical expertise and technical support in SAP through reporting
- Liaise with the different HR departments in EU IO to ensure accurate HR Information Systems (SAP HR) data quality, end user training (together with HQ), reporting, etc.
- Understand and link data appropriately into web technology and /or internal and external pools
- Support process mapping projects
- Investigation of SAP interfaces/ feed/ data issues/ inquiries
- System manager for ‘Portal2People’ in Switzerland
- Provide ongoing and ad hoc reporting service to Vice President PO, as well as to the HR community regarding various HR ‘lifecycle’ processes.
Qualifications
You have technical experience as HR specialist in HR-IT (min. 5 years), or IT Specialist.
More specifically, you must have
- Excellent oral and written English
- SAP, HRIS expertise as super-user are a definite advantage
- Advanced with Excel Microsoft Office suite, facility using all IT systems
- Ideally experience working in an international environment in a multinational company collaborating in virtual teams
- Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is a plus
