HR IT Project Manager (Transformation & Service Delivery) recruitment
HR IT Project Manager is responsible to lead and execute the change definition, implementation and operation of HR solutions for HR service delivery across multiple countries in the Asia Pacific region. This role will lead HR IT solutions in the functional areas of HR Service Delivery, Personnel Administration, Employee/ Manager Services and process Transformation in various HR Transformation and Legislative Compliance programs.
Key tasks and responsibilities include:
- Change project initiation defining the scope of the IT solution, System requirements, Implementation approach, estimation, resourcing and supporting HR change lead in the process
- Change project Implementation responsible for business requirement analysts and system requirement engineering, requirements change management, working with remote development team in solution build, plan and execute data migrations, plan and execute validation programs working with HR Change lead, coordinating all deployment and production readiness activites leading to live production of the solution built.
- Ensure transition of solution to HR IT production services and completing solution robustness through planning and executing Risk Assessment, Business and System recovery plan, data retention and archival requirements.
- Execution and Tracking of complete full life cycle project management activities, reporting and documentations.
- Scope of work may involve outsourcing implementation, managing vendor implementation to deliver the desired outsourced solution and ensuring compliance to information security and risk control requirements.
- Align or influcene as appropriate, local solution development with global HR IT solution framework.
- Constantly improve the delivery process and quality through innovation and collaboration.
- Ensure all change program are deliered timely and correctly to deliver the desried HR transformation program’s benefits
Requirements:
Our ideal candidates should have the following requisites:
- At least Bachelor of Science / Engineering in the area of Information System Science, Computer, Engineering
- Minimum 8 years of proven track records in HR solution development, change project implementation
- At least 3 years of experience in the role of a Project/Program Manager
- Candidates with experience in HR transformation program are preferred.
- Candidates with experience in one or more of the following area are preferred – (Document Management, Case Management, Portal self service, work flow automation, HR service delivery Integration, HR outsourcing implementation, Data retention and Archival.
- Candidates with experience in implementation or service delivery with and outsourced vendor are preferred.
- Candidates with experience working in a large IT organization in Financial Industry are preferred.
- Experienced in full software development life cycle.
- Able to develop application system requirement specifications
- Able to design interface and data conversion specifications
- Strong Data Management and Analytical ability
- Ability to work independently and with remote teams in different geographical location.
- Strong knowledge in HR processes and system solutions.
- Excellent communications skill
- Demonstrated change management methodology.
