HR Manager, Asia – Global Investment House recruitment
Reporting directly to a Senior HR Manager in Europe, this is an autonomous and hands on HR Business partner role in which you would provide HR advisory support for a small but growing poulation in Asia. With the main hub in Hong Kong, your focus will be to develop existing Human Resources practices as well as to implement new initiatives. You will have a front line position, in which you will be responsible for a diverse range of activities including recruitment, employee relations, compensation and benefits, training development and the Performance Management.
The successful candidate will be degree educated with a strong track record in Human Resources management and a minimum of 5 years' experience, ideally working within the Financial Services sector. A thorough understanding of the full range of HR activities is essential. An energetic, flexible approach is required, together with exceptional interpersonal skills. Fluency in English is a pre-requisite with Cantonese Mandarin being preferable.
