HR MANAGER, GENERALIST recruitment
The HR Manager will report directly to the Financial Controller. The role involves the running of the HR function on a day to day basis so requires a self motivated individual. The successful candidate is likely to have strong asset management experience and looking to develop their career and take on the responsibilities for the entire HR function.
Core Responsibilities:
- Sole HR point of contact for general HR queries. Working alongside internal Legal Team and external Employment Lawyers where appropriate.
- Payroll - a sound knowledge of payroll is essential. Working alongside the Finance Team and an external Payroll Bureau.
- Employee Benefits – working alongside an external advisor to ensure that all employees get the benefits they are entitled to.
- Responsible for Training and Development.
Core Skills:
- Ability to work independently.
- Open communication skills.
Core Requirements:
- CIPD Qualified with a thorough understanding of the entire human resources function - probably minimum 3 years experience.
- Fully computer literate.
- Self motivated.
- Ability to deal with variety of both internal and external parties.
