HR Manager, Global Functions recruitment
We currently have two exceptional opportunities available within our Human Resources department for experienced HR Managers, one focused on Group Finance and the other Group Risk. Duties will include:
- Provide a first class HR generalist service to Global Functions through close partnering with Senior Leaders
- Help drive relevant Global Functions Change programmes and the strategic people agenda, thinking ‘function first’ and aligning to the strategic direction set by the Senior HR Manager or Head of HR, Global Functions HTS as well as Group HR and ensure high levels of operational excellence for HR activity demonstrating continual improvement
- Support and embed change in order to realise improved performance delivery at a local level and provide coaching and feedback to colleagues in as way that supports effective behavioural change
- Support Group wide transformations for example, Organisational Effectiveness
- Develop a deep understanding of the business/HR’s current and strategic agenda and help to ensure the people strategy directly support this agenda
- Implement a consistent approach to organisational development and succession/resourcing, analysing and identifying business resource gaps, conducting interviews and negotiating offers and promoting/facilitating international mobility
To be considered for this role, you will ideally have broad HR generalist experience and have a significant level of achievement gained within a fast-moving, complex and demanding corporate environment. Additionally you will have experience of working at an operational level in an international environment as well as having experience of leading global initiatives, projects and change programmes.
