HR Manager, Hong Kong (Regional) recruitment

Our client

Our client is a market leading financial services technology provider and they are seeking an Human Resource Manager to join their firm.

The Role

Reporting to the overseas Head of HR and the HK Managing Director, you will be responsible for being the HR Manager - business partner to the firm.

Your role will include working with the Managers and their team on all HR areas around employee relations, compensation and benefits, retention strategies and projects. In addition, you will have a team of three reporting to you and these three manage the recruitment, HR Administration and Payroll functions.

This is a busy role and would suit a dynamic professional who loves working with people, is able to navigate and work with a variety of stakeholders to achieve the best people solutions for the firm.

The role is primarily Hong Kong focused but there is a regional scope to the role supporting the HR functions within other countries as Hong Kong is the Asia Pacific head quarters.

Qualifications

You will be degree qualified, with FLUENT written and spoken English, and have a minimum 6 years HR Business Partner / HR Generalist working experience.

Character is also critical to this role: our client is seeking a dynamic professional who has exceptional communication and presentation skills and is an individual who can think ‘outside of the box’ and can also ‘think on their feet’.
