The role
HR Manager perm role based in Dublin €60-70,000 excellent opportunity for the right candidate. In this role, the HR Manager will have an active interface with the leadership and employees throughout the allocated site.

The Client
This is a standalone HR opportunity within a financial company a background in customer care or call centre environment would be preferred. You will get the chance to work independently and consult with managers on complex HR issues that impact individual, teams and sites. You will provide expertise in the areas of Employee Relations, Labour Relations, Talent Management, Disability Claims Management, Performance Management, Change Management, HR Planning and Employee Engagement.

Responsibilities
• Partner with business leaders to ensure compliance throughout the business in applicable legislation
• Investigate and resolve complaints. Ensure compliance with employment laws. Advise managers and employees on policies. Evaluate complex issues and make recommendations on resolution.
• Professional development of internal HRBP and field management on collective agreement administration and interpretation. Partner with Training team to deliver vendor and/or company developed training programs and conduct training for managers and supervisors in the labour relations area.
• Collaborates on cross functional teams to develop global procedures and policies that can be leveraged enterprise-wide
• Collaborates with local business leaders to develop and execute initiatives that will promote engagement and productivity
• Lead the administration of defined compensation plans, including performance appraisal processes, merit increases and incentive plans. Make recommendations on job evaluations, equity increases and changes to compensation programs.

Requirements  
• University Degree and/or College Diploma in Human Resources Management.
• Minimum 5 years HR experience
• A background in customer care or call centre environment would be preferred
• Must have the ability to work independently
• Should be a leader and energetic
• Must be career driven
