HR Manager – Leading Asian Hedge Fund recruitment

We are representing a highly successful Hedge Fund which has seen excellent growth trajectory in Asia thus far. Given their growth plans for the business, they are investing heavily in the management and infrastructure of the firm and are looking to welcome on board a competent HR Manager to handle the HR aspects of the business.

This is a boutique set up, and the HR Manager will take responsibility of all HR matters in the business, from HR advisory to HR administration. Recruitment is a key priority and this involves handling the end to end recruitment process from posting of job adverts, screening of CVs, managing the interview process, to offer and contract generation, on-boarding and exits. This is a newly created role, hence the successful candidate will play a key part in defining their own role within the business and be part of a dynamic and fast-growing organization.

You should have a minimum of 3 - 6 years of experience in recruitment, HR admin and business partnering responsibilities. You will be comfortable working independently, willing to take ownership of the HR function in both Singapore and HK. The successful candidate is familiar with local legislations e.g. CPF, MOM IRAS and has knowledge of the Employment Act. You should be able to communicate effectively across levels in order to engage with the business and able to make decisions and take appropriate action with integrity and professionalism. Prior experience within hedge funds or other financial institutions is highly advantageous.
