HR Manager – Leading Financial Services recruitment

Summary

Our client is a leading global financial services firm and an established player in the Asian market. They are currently looking for a strong HR Manager to join the team and play a critical role in shaping their HR operations going forward.

Responsibilities

This is a country role, handling the full spectrum of HR operations and service delivery, including expatriate management and overseeing payroll. You will be supervising 2 HR executives but at the same time playing a hands on role in terms of reviewing policies and processes and proactively driving improvements and efficiencies, rolling up your sleeves to resolve issues if needs be. You will also be involved in globally driven projects, while also engaging with the business to establish strong relationships.

Requirements

The ideal candidate for this role comes with a good blend of HR operations and HR Business Partnering experience, with at least 1 - 2 yrs of managerial experience, ideally from Financial Services or Professional Services industry. You should be switched on with a positive attitude and eager to take on challenges, with proven ability to engage stakeholders. This role promises excellent exposure and satisfaction for the right candidate.
