HR Manager – Policies and Procedures (UAE National) recruitment

This is an exciting opportunity to work for a highly sought after government organisation based in Dubai who are looking for a UAE National to head up their existing HR team.

You duties will include:

• Developing, reviewing and implementing HR policies and procedures.

• Studying and reviewing HR best practices periodically.

• Developing HR forms to improve HR procedures.

• Formalize all processes, procedures and standards, including KPI’s for the HR department.

• Serve as a change agent by proposing innovative and initiative changes.

• Developing and maintaining the quality management systems and procedures.

Developing and maintaining vast and varied professional relationships to expand HR Networks.

To be successful, you should be a UAE National and have a bachelor’s Degree in business administration or HR management from a recognised University coupled with a minimum of seven years experience in a large and active service organisation. You should possess excellent HR knowledge in regards to training, planning, developing and managing of functions, systems and procedures. You should be a goal driven leader who maintains a productive climate and confidently motivates, mobilises and coaches employees to meet the highest performance standards.
