Our Client
Our client, a large financial services organisation is currently seeking to recruit a HR Manager for their headquarters in Dublin.
Responsibilities
- Providing professional support on employee relation issues
- Recruitment and selection of new employees
- Training and development of new and existing employees
- Respond to employee queries effectively and efficiently
- Promote and support a positive working relationship across teams
- Effective implementation of HR strategies and projects
Requirements
- A minimum of 6 years experience in a fast paced HR role
- Experience of managing a variety of employee relations and performance issues
- Strongly demonstrate communication, interpersonal, leadership and project management skills.
- Management or HR degree essential
- Strong working knowledge of HR Database Systems and all aspects of Microsoft Office
- CIPD Qualification Desirable
