HR Manager recruitment

Harvey Nash's public sector client requires a Human Resources Manager. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced HR Manager to work in partnership with business leaders. This is an exciting, nationwide role which involves travelling between different sites on a regular basis.

The main responsibilities of the role include:
*Supporting the staff governance agenda
*Providing HR support to a range of organisational groups
*Leading policy development
*Working directly with Trade Unions
*Working closely with Partnership representatives to achieve collaboration

In order to successfully fill this role, you must have:
*Extensive senior HR experience
*The ability to influence others
*Excellent communication skills at all levels (written and verbal)
*Experience working within the public sector (preferred but not essential)
*A CIPD qualification (preferred but not essential)
