Hr Manager
Responsibilities:
- Provision of professional HR consulting services – coaching and counseling managers on employee related issues
- Supports the HR agenda – talent management, workforce planning, engagement, retention, recruitment, organizational effectiveness
- Implement and deliver HR Tools and policies
- Administration of employee survey and internal staff communications
- Management of the rewards program.
- HR projects as and when assigned.
Requirements:
- Strong academic credentials with a degree in HRM, ideally with at least 9-10 years of HR generalist experience including a minimum of 6 years in HR business partnering.
- Candidates with prior experience in Performance Management System would be advantageous.
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills with strong business acumen
- Good understanding of Singapore employment law and HR policies.
- Strong communication and writing skills.
